On January 26, 2026, a federal arrest warrant was issued for Acosta in the United States District Court, Northern District of Texas, Dallas, Texas, after he was charged with Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution. Remarks: Acosta has ties to Mexico and may be living there.
