He was the driver of a silver Chevrolet Monte Carlo with Texas plates. His girlfriend was injured and could not move. Foul play is suspected in Rivera’s disappearance. Anyone with information regarding Rivera's whereabouts or who had contact with him are asked to contact the Waco Police Department in Waco, Texas.
