CHARLENE GAGNON - MANCHESTER, NEW HAMPSHIRE

August 6, 1999 Manchester, New Hampshire Charlene Gagnon was last seen getting into an unknown pickup truck, in Manchester, New Hampshire, on the afternoon of August 6, 1999. Charlene has a scar on her lip, a vertical scar on the left side of her neck/throat, three scars from C sections on her abdomen, a quarter sized birthmark on the back of her left leg above the knee, and a tattoo on her right arm of "Eddie". She also has a full set of maxillary (upper jaw) dentures. Charlene has glasses and is known to smoke Marlboro Red cigarettes. Familial samples are available for comparison. Anyone with information regarding Charlene’s disappearance is asked to contact the Concord Police Department in New Hampshire.
