April 15, 2019 Waco, Texas On the evening of April 15, 2019, Charles Edward Johnson left his residence at 3001 S New Road in Waco, Texas, to go for a walk but never returned. Surveillance video near Waco Towing at 5525 S University Parks Drive, which is approximately five (5) miles from Johnson’s residence, captured him walking southbound towards Downsville, Texas.
He was wearing a dark gray jacket, a gray shirt, blue jogging pants with white stripes, and black shoes. Johnson has high blood pressure and cholesterol issues and was wearing a medical bracelet.
Anyone with information regarding Johnson’s whereabouts, or who had contact with him, are asked to contact the Waco Police Department.
