Unknown Suspects 2022 through Present The Federal Bureau of Investigation is seeking information regarding the photographed individual in connection with an ongoing fraud scheme targeting Chinese international students at United States universities. This individual has allegedly participated in a law enforcement impersonation scam to defraud multiple Chinese nationals who are students based in the United States.
In this scam, the individual advises students that they are wanted in relation to a crime in China and the students must wire money in order to avoid arrest and extradition. This individual was allegedly an active participant in this scheme as recently as January of 2025.
