Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Distribute and to Distribute Controlled Substances; Conspiracy to Launder Monetary Instruments; Conspiracy to Engage in an Animal Fighting Venture (Dogfighting) Caution: Gregory Henderson, Jr. is wanted for his alleged involvement in drug trafficking and animal fighting conspiracies as the alleged leader of a violent neighborhood-based gang located in Indianapolis, Indiana. The gang is affiliated with the Gangster Disciples and has significant drug distribution ties to the Sinaloa Cartel. Henderson, Jr. was allegedly involved in the distribution of a variety of narcotics to include cocaine, fentanyl, and methamphetamine into the Indianapolis community as well as the surrounding Midwest region. He was also allegedly engaged in a dog fighting criminal enterprise that resulted in the severe abuse and death of numerous dogs. On September 17, 2025, a federal arrest warrant was issued for Henderson, Jr. in the United States District Court, Southern District of Indiana, Indianapolis, Indiana, after he was charged with Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Distribute and to Distribute Controlled Substances, Conspiracy to Launder Monetary Instruments, and Conspiracy to Engage in an Animal Fighting Venture (Dogfighting). Remarks: Henderson, Jr. has ties to Indianapolis, Indiana; Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio; Louisville and Lexington, Kentucky; Chicago, Illinois; and Detroit, Michigan.
