The victim, referred to as the Medford Jane Doe, had a scar in the center of her right calf and a tattoo on her upper left shoulder of a red heart draped with a banner and the name Adrian on it.
The victim was wearing a black cotton halter top crew neck with a J.J. Cochran label (size XL) and was found with a Hilton Hotel bathmat.
