Early in the morning of March 29, 2024, law enforcement personnel were called to 907 E.
Nine Mile Road in Henrico, Virginia, for the report of two people shot. Upon arrival, Jemarlo Tisdale and Rufus Witcher were located deceased as a result of numerous gunshot wounds.
Information is being sought as to the identity of those involved in the shootings.
