Richmond, Virginia March 9, 1993 On March 9, 1993, the remains of an unidentified Black male were found in the woods near 31st and East Franklin Street, in Richmond, Virginia. The victim was found fully clothed.

He was wearing a gold long-sleeved shirt with seven buttons at the top, a “Malcolm X” t-shirt, black pants with a black belt, and black sweatpants. He also had a bracelet with a charm (pictured above).

He had raised scars on his right arm and irregular scars on the lower part of both of his legs. Anyone with information regarding the identification of the victim is asked to contact investigators.
