Death Investigation Belcourt, North Dakota July 16, 2017 The Federal Bureau of Investigation in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is seeking information regarding the individuals responsible for the death of Jon Nicholas Patnaude. On July 16, 2017, at approximately 2:48 a.m., Patnaude was struck by an unknown vehicle on BIA Road 10, on the Turtle Mountain Indian Reservation in Belcourt, North Dakota.
He died from the injuries sustained in the hit-and-run accident.
