Kingsport, Tennessee December 8, 2020 On the evening of December 8, 2020, Josephine Helmandollar (W/F/20) and Charles Seaton (B/M/22) were sitting in Helmandollar’s Volkswagen Beetle on Skyland Drive in Kingsport, Tennessee. An unknown suspect approached the passenger side of the vehicle and fired five rounds into the passenger compartment striking both victims.
The victims were both transported to the hospital where they succumbed to their injuries. Anyone with information regarding this case should contact the Kingsport Police Department.
