Investigators from the area participated in search and rescue operations to locate Elkow, to no avail. The Township of Hamilton Police Department, NJ, is asking for assistance in locating Elkow, or obtaining details regarding her disappearance. Remarks: At the time of disappearance, Elkow was wearing a dark-colored red and white flannel shirt, blue pants, and tan shoes.
