Browning is wanted for his alleged involvement with a criminal organization known as the “Crown Hill Enterprise,” and the operation of a drug trafficking conspiracy in which methamphetamine, crack cocaine, powder cocaine, heroin, oxycodone pills, and fentanyl were sold and distributed out of several trap houses in Indianapolis, Lafayette, and surrounding communities in Indiana, from early 2019 to December 2024.

On March 20, 2025, a federal arrest warrant was issued for Browning in the United States District Court, Southern District of Indiana, Indianapolis, Indiana, after he was charged with Conspiracy to Distribute Controlled Substances.
