Anyone with information regarding Kirks’ whereabouts or who had contact with him are asked to contact the Waco Police Department in Waco, Texas. Remarks: Kirks has a hunched back. He was last seen wearing a grey and black hooded sweatshirt, black warm-up pants, and black tennis shoes.
