Last known contact: 2014-06-04 in Lewisport, Hancock, KY. Circumstances: Amber was riding with a male friend who had stolen a vehicle to take Amber's mother to an appointment.

Amber and the male got into a verbal argument on a residential street in Tell City, IN, and police were called. A police pursuit was initiated when Amber and the male fled from officers with Amber's mother in the vehicle.

The pursuit entered Hancock County, KY where officers lost sight of the vehicle when attempting to pursue it through a corn field. Officers found the vehicle abandoned behind a barn on Muddy Gut Rd, Lewisport, KY.

Amber's mother said Amber and the male ran into the nearby woods after abandoning the vehicle. Police searched the area for Amber and the male, but they were unable to locate them.

The next day, the male friend turned himself in to the Evansville (IN) Police Department. Amber has never been heard from again.
