On 5-23-26, at about 10:00 am, EMPTING's jet ski was found floating approximately 1.5 miles off the coast across the Dillingham Air Field. EMPTING's truck and trailer were later found at the Haleiwa Boat Harbor, and video evidence was found showing what appeared to be EMPTING on his jet ski exiting the harbor on 5-23-26, at about 7:15 am.
An extensive search was conducted, however EMPTING was never found. Demographics: 56 years, Male, White / Caucasian.
