Last known contact: 2025-07-14 in Eugene, Lane, OR. Circumstances: On July 14, 2025, Conrad Garman was seen at the Glass Bar Beach area of the coast fork of the Willamette River near the 86700 Block of Franklin Boulevard, Eugene, OR.

He was last seen crossing from the bank of the river to a small island. Garman was observed to be struggling as he crossed and appeared wobbly and shaky He was last seen walking toward the main channel of the river.

The next day the witness came back to the same location and saw Garman's belongings were still in the same location as the day before. Garman was reported missing on July 16, 2025, by a co-worker.
