Physical description: 6 ft 0 in, 150 lbs, hair: Brown, eyes: Blue. Clothing and accessories: Clothing: Plasse was seen on bank surveillance video an hour before entering into the CT River wearing red/brown pants, a grey sweater, and a tan jacket.
