Circumstances: Mr. Plasse entered into the Connecticut River off the Mueller Bridge on Route 202 in South Hadley on 1/13/2026 at approximately 1515 hours. Plasse has yet to be located despite multiple recovery attempts. Due to the time of year, the river was covered in ice, making recovery efforts difficult. Demographics: 63 years, Male, White / Caucasian. Physical description: 6 ft 0 in, 150 lbs, hair: Brown, eyes: Blue. Clothing and accessories: Clothing: Plasse was seen on bank surveillance video an hour before entering into the CT River wearing red/brown pants, a grey sweater, and a tan jacket. It is believed these are the same clothes he was wearing upon entering the water..
