James was also captured on video climbing into a dumpster and closing the lid behind him. Based on the video evidence, James did not exit the dumpster.
As a result of the investigation, it is believed James was inside the dumpster when it was picked up and was dumped into the trash trucks cargo area. On May 26, 2027, James was entered into NCIC as a missing person and is believed to be deceased in the Chesser Island Landfill located in Folkston, Georgia.
