At approximately 1600 hours, the family saw Joseph's vehicle moved and parked in the Emmanuel Temple CME parking lot, located at 17288 Stoddard Wells Road, Victorville. Joseph was not seen in or around the vehicle at that time, and has not been seen or heard from since.
Demographics: 32 years, Male, Hispanic / Latino. Physical description: 5 ft 10 in, 140 lbs, hair: Black, eyes: Brown.
Clothing and accessories: Clothing: Joseph was last seen wearing an orange long sleeve shirt with a logo that showed a fist with the words "LABORERS RISING" surrounding the fist. Beneath the logo was the word "LiUna!".
