I spoke with the family member who explained Mr. Laird Stines had not resided with her for several months due to a verbal dispute.
Following the dispute, Mr. Stines left the residence and did not disclose where he would be staying.
The complainant another family member stated that Laird would frequently go months without speaking to family members and would often not disclose his whereabouts. The family member explained that Laird would visit New York City frequently but, again, would not provide an exact location where he was staying.
