At approximately 8:34 PM, DRPA Police received a call from a passing motorist that a vehicle (later found to be Ingram's) was observed stopped on the bridge and a black male wearing a dark hoodie and shorts got out of the vehicle fast. Police arrived on location to no one in the vehicle and in the area.
Video surveillance showed a person falling from the bridge into the water at 8:31 PM. It is believed that Michael Ingram was driving, as his family stated it is his vehicle and he was last observed driving it.
As of 6/17/2026 at 11:47 PM Ingram has not returned home, no contact can be made to him, and the body was not recovered in the water. Demographics: 35 years, Male, Black / African American.
