On 4/6/01, at about 0630 hours, Ishikawa's vehicle was found parked unattended at the Lanai Lookout in Hawaii Kai. A witness was later found who related that he observed Ishikawa's vehicle on his way to work, and saw a male jump off the cliffs into the water.
