Conspiracy to Commit Interstate Transportation, Transmittal, or Transfer of Stolen Property Caution: Robinson Andres Camacho-Rodriguez is alleged to have operated in a group of seven individuals, including Jesson Quintero and Jhon Alexander Quintero-Cadena , who travelled north from the Los Angeles, California, area to target and burglarize the homes of Asian families in the Pacific Northwest. The group allegedly used sophisticated techniques to identify, surveil, and burglarize their victims.
