Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution - Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child in the First Degree, Rape in the Second Degree Caution: Saidul Hasan Chowdhury is wanted for his alleged involvement in the sexual assault of a minor child which occurred in approximately October of 2008, in Queens, New York. The crime was reported in 2024, and Chowdhury was subsequently arrested in May of 2024.

At that time, he was charged with Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child in the First Degree, and Rape in the Second Degree, both in violation of New York Penal Law. Chowdhury was released on bond, and then fled the United States to Saudi Arabia in May of 2024, where he is believed to be located.

On March 10, 2025, a federal arrest warrant was issued for Chowdhury by the United States District Court, Eastern District Court of New York, Brooklyn, New York, after Chowdhury was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. Remarks: Chowdhury may be living in Saudi Arabia.
