on in a field along East McDonald Road. On June 1, 2026, a Superior Court of Robeson County Judge's ruling legally declared Sara Nicole Graham deceased pursuant to N.C.

Gen. Stat.

28C-2, which establishes that missing person may be presumed dead if they have been absent from their last known residence and unheard from for a continuous period of seven (7) years. On June 25, 2026, the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office, the FBI, and the U.S.

Marshals arrested three people in connection with the murder of Sara Nicole Graham. The Robeson County Sheriff's Office filed charges against the three individuals, all of whom are from North Carolina.
