Failure to Timely Appear (Accessory After the Fact) Caution: Tag Gilkeson is wanted for allegedly helping a friend flee prosecution in the Northern District of Texas, on or around September 12, 2025, after learning that the man had knowingly received and possessed child pornography. Gilkeson allegedly provided a hotel room, instructions on how to flee the country on a cruise ship, and offered to continue the man's employment once he escaped the country.
He also allegedly and knowingly withheld evidence of child pornography in the ceiling of his office for the man. Gilkeson was indicted for Accessory After the Fact on March 25, 2026, and was subsequently arrested on April 2, 2026.
Gilkeson was released with pre-trial conditions and an ankle monitor. He was scheduled to appear in court on June 8, 2026, but did not show up to court.
