The photographs of the suspects, including the Unknown Suspect who may be known as "Rochi" or "Frank", were taken on May 21, 2025, between 12:00 p.m.
and 2:00 p.m., at the Gulf Gas Station in front of Plaza de Santurce, in the Barrio Obrero section of San Juan, Puerto Rico. On July 17, 2025, a federal arrest warrant was issued for this individual in the United States District Court, District of Puerto Rico, San Juan, Puerto Rico, after he was charged with Kidnapping and Federal Drug Trafficking.
