The photographs shown were taken on May 21, 2025, between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m., at the Gulf Gas Station in front of Plaza de Santurce, in the Barrio Obrero section of San Juan, Puerto Rico. On July 17, 2025, federal arrest warrants were issued for these individuals in the United States District Court, District of Puerto Rico, San Juan, Puerto Rico, after they were each charged with Kidnapping and Federal Drug Trafficking.
