Start here
Who was 'Frank,' the suspicious white male in his 50s reported by Muegge in 2003, and was he ever identified or investigated?
Why were Muegge's cell phone and wallet specifically taken while cash was deliberately left at the scene—does this indicate targeted theft or personal motive?
What is the connection between the 2006 sheep shooting incident and the 2007 murder—was this escalating harassment by the same person?
On May 14, 2007, Linda Muegge, a 55-year-old woman, was found dead in her burning home at 506 Franklin Street in Fredericksburg, Texas. She had been stabbed and struck on the head and neck, then the house was set ablaze with accelerant; her cell phone and wallet were missing despite cash being left behind. The case remains unsolved, though prior incidents involving a suspicious man named Frank and deliberate shooting of her sheep suggest possible harassment or targeting.
