VICTOR EDUARDO MORALES ZELAYA

Justice is overdue — the trail went cold in 2023, but the truth hasn't.

Racketeering Conspiracy (RICO); Cocaine Importation Conspiracy; Possession of Machine Guns; Conspiracy to Possess Machine Guns Caution: Victor Eduardo Morales Zelaya is allegedly a national leader and high-ranking member of MS-13 in Honduras and a close associate of Ten Most Wanted Fugitive, Yulan Adonay Archaga Carias . Morales Zelaya allegedly coordinated the gang’s drug trafficking business, acts of violence (including murders and kidnappings) against rivals, and the movement of proceeds from the gang’s illicit activities. He is also allegedly responsible for the gang's importation of large amounts of drugs into the United States. On June 6, 2023, a federal arrest warrant was issued for Morales Zelaya in the United States District Court, Southern District of New York, after he was charged with racketeering conspiracy, cocaine importation conspiracy, and possession and conspiracy to possess machine guns. This case is being investigated as part of Joint Task Force Vulcan.
